Sincerely, it was a just perfect stay for the price. The room was well-kept and large, beds were exceptionally comfortable - I enjoyed the place. Affable staff and the location was exceptionally nice.

We got reasonably large double room with the king bed as an upgrade, nice gesture. We truly enjoyed that there were a wide array of facilities in the room such as: climate control, pay television, and an iron.

Thoroughly enjoyed Merida, the hotel was quirky and comfortable unable to execute her plan to enjoy 1 or 2 Netflix movies on Wi-Fi as entertainment as well. Location: the venue was not far from mould in bathroom and food places and Clinica de Merida. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Centro district.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very unfriendly.

Well-kept, good sized rooms with the king bed. The breakfast was great and the location was favourable! The staff were attentive and helped us with free parking.

I really enjoyed convenient placing of climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and an iron in the triple room. There was a bath, a plus for me. The stuff were very helpful all of the time.

Pity, but the beds were dirty.

Well-kept, good sized room with a private bathroom and a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

Had a perfect 10/10 stay for the price, glad I've chosen it. The hotel served great breakfast, thoroughly enjoyed it.

It had a comfortable location short walk to the large avenue, Centro Historical district and other attractions and Clinica de Merida.

Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Zoological Park of Centenario was good.

The setting of hotel was nice, very close to the medical clinic that we visited. Further, it was adjacent to mould in bathroom and Mérida and the airport.

We really appreciated the hotel's Mexican charm and ambiance, which made our stay memorable. The staff was friendly and spoke English well, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-kept. The parking was convenient, and the hotel was located on a large avenue close to the downtown core.

It was in a comfortable location close enough to the airport which was nice. What's more, it was adjacent to Clinica de Merida, everything-curtains, phone, desk, mould in bathroom and Centro Historical district🙂

The attention to detail at this hotel is outstanding. From the helpful and patient front desk staff to the clean and spacious rooms, everything was well taken care of. The rooms were tastefully decorated and we were pleasantly surprised to find a comfortable King bed. The air conditioner worked perfectly, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay. And to top it all off, the breakfast was included in the price, providing great value for money.

Everything was more than satisfactory during our stay.
